1. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Community Conduct

Users agree not to engage in the following activities:

  • Harassment or abuse of other users
  • Fraudulent activities or impersonation.
  • Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Disrupting the platform's functionality.

3. Content Sharing

Content posted by members remains their responsibility.

By posting, you grant Agriwatt Hub a license to display and share your content within the community.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates our guidelines.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment Terms:
  • Certain services or events may require payment. Accepted methods include bank cards and supported gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack, Paytm, Flutterwave, Payfast).
  • Prices are subject to change, and members will be notified in advance.
Refund Policy:
  • An event or session is canceled by the organizer.
  • The session did not occur due to technical issues on the platform.
Rescheduling:
  • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance through the platform.

5. Digital Agents/Organizers Responsibilities

  • Event and session organizers must provide accurate details about their activities.
  • Organizers are expected to start on time and manage sessions professionally.
  • Organizers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in their region.

6. Farmers/Community Members Responsibilities

  • Attend sessions/events on time and engage respectfully.
  • Provide constructive feedback to organizers or hosts when applicable.
  • Respect cultural, regional, and personal differences in discussions.

7. Cancellation Policy

Member cancellations
Up to 24 hours before: Members can cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Within 24 hours: A cancellation fee may apply to compensate organizers.

Organizer cancellations
Organizers must notify members as soon as possible.

Frequent cancellations may result in suspension or removal.

No-shows
Member no-show: Fees will not be refunded.

Organizer no-show: Members will receive a full refund, and the organizer may face penalties.

8. Rescheduling policy

farmer & agents can reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session may be treated as a cancellation, and the respective fees may apply.

9. Refund policy

Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds are issued in the following situations:
    • Agent cancels a session.
    • Session did not occur due to technical issues on the platform.
Refund Process:
  • Refund requests must be submitted within [specified timeframe] after the scheduled session. The platform will review and process eligible refunds within [specified timeframe].

10. Policy Changes

Right to Modify:
  • The platform reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in advance. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
